2. TMT Solution EOOD is not responsible for loss of information when servicing a service technician. The customer is obliged to make a copy of his information before handing over the equipment for repair.

3. Equipment that must be serviced under warranty is accepted only with the presence of an original warranty card,

accompanied by an original purchase document with receipt. Reissuance of duplicate documents issued by TMT Solution EOOD costs BGN 25.

4. All prices include VAT.
